The Big Two-One.

Yup, I'm that significant age of 21 years.

I actually really liked being 20 but I guess there is nothing I can do about it haha

oh well.

I had such a great birthday!!

It started off with me, Brandon, Jordan, and Erik going to IHop the night before but without me knowing they went and talked to the waitress and told her that at midnight it was my birthday.

So right at midnight she brings me some yummy ice cream and then those three start singing happy birthday.

As if that wasn't bad enough the table next to us hears them and suggests to the whole half of Ihop close to us that they should all sing happy birthday to me.

So after going over how to say my name correctly IHop sings to me.

I probably was a nice shade of red but it was cool.

I felt cool

I went shopping after a nice long sleep and spent more than I should've.

Oops.

But I rationalize it because it was my freaking birthday :)

That night my parents took me to a play at Desert Star Theatre (I love plays)

But I actually didn't like this one as much as I love Hale Centre Theater.

The second half was funny only because one of the characters just started improving and man, I was laughing so so hard!!

Did I just walk out after with no recognition??

NO. Not with my family.

They sang to me too. :)

Guy: Is there a Marlisa Hardman here?

I raise my hand

Guy: She is turning 21.....pause...You could be anywhere, but your here with us.

Me: uh...holla!

To top off the day Stein sent me a beautiful necklace that a cute, old lady made just for me in Nicaragua.

Kinda hard to see but it's beautiful and by far my favorite. I now have 2 sets of earrings and a necklace from a boy in Nicaragua. I miss him. It's been 8 months by the way!!
