This one time we had a basketball play called the Fat Lady. good one too. One game my coach starts yelling it out but what he didn't know was that a bigger girl had just checked in and was walking on the court as he was yelling "fat lady! fat lady!"
This other time I was at a school camp called Clear Creek. My principal was walking around during breakfast and had a pocket knife hooked to his belt. He stopped to talk to someone by me and I thought it would be funny to grab it and obviously he'd notice and we would laugh. Well the second part..the part where he is supposed to notice didn't happen. So I just kept it not knowing really what to do with it.
At lunch he announced that he had lost his pocket knife and that if anyone found it there was a reward.
*LIGHT BULB*
CHA-CHING
So later on that day (I had to give it time so it wouldn't look supicious) I went to the faculty cabin, made my heroic entrance and gave him the pocket knife.
He thanked me and then showed me the bucket of candy that I could sort through and get whatever I wanted.
Ya I left with the biggest grin of my life.
Did I mention I did this in 5th grade? At age 10?
Troublemaker.
live.
Being able to walk, run, see, hear, smell, talk, comprehend, learn, etc. is something I've never taken for granted.
What an amazing blessing.
