..It's amazing what a QUOTE can get you through..

"If you try to be like somebody else you can only be as good as them, but who knows how far you can go"

"Run on the road before you dance in the lights"
-Muhammed Ali
"I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying"
-MJ
"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take"
"What the mind can conceive, the body can achieve"
-Coach Spencer
"Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, and others make it happen"
-MJ
And one of my absolute favorites that i read before every basketball game but I think applies just as well to life is:
"Remember that there is a little girl in the stands watching you and wanting to be just like you, don't let her down"
To me it wasn't so much that there really was a little girl in the stands watching my every move but also to remember me as a little girl watching all those older girls and just like it said, wanting to be just like them. I would remember me as a little girl dreaming of becoming something and somebody, it would be a reminder of how I can't let a day pass without giving 100% because that would be letting that little girl down. I still try to remember that in every day life.
Dream big and hold on.

To the good times..

Utah Football games! But I'll especially miss Stevenson Sylvester #10, Robert Johson #17, and the big man on the right, Paul Kruger #11. Kind of have a big crush on all of them, I guess it's just something about defense.
Volleyball!! These girls are awesome and I miss them!

Spring Training with the family. Always good times.

Basketball..this is my family and they really were/are my sisters. So glad I got to coach so that I still get to see them on a daily basis. Still really good friends with all of them though. I would give anything to play one more game though.

Club VB! So much fun, one of my biggest regrets is not doing it my senior year.

Riding horses in Payson! So much fun. Me, Emily, Felicia, and Candice.
I love looking at pictures from the past, it's so fun to remember all the fun and good times I've had throughout my life. I've been places, learned things, met people, seen things that I never would've if it weren't for good friends and an amazing family. Truly blessed.

Life's Hard

People let you down all the time, especially the ones you thought would always be there for you. It hurts and it seems to push you down in the gutter where you evaluate your life and where your going, what your doing, whats important, and what your dreams are.

As hard as it is not to have someone there for you it's such a blessing to know God is the only person who, no matter what, will ALWAYS be there. Not only that but the only one who knows exactly how you feel what your thoughts are and ultimately what will happen. Although having that wonderful blessing, it still is hard to not have someone to physically hold you and tell you what a good person you are and that everything will be ok.

Flip side of it though, how many times has Heavenly Father lifted me up out of the gutter and helped me through tough times and then never thanked or we kind of go out on our own thinking we're ok now? How hard it must be for him to only have people come to him when they are down and not when they are up. I'm sure he feels the same hurt that I do right now but in unbelievable amounts. What a perfect and incredible being my Heavenly Father is. I love him and hope that I can become better.

Life's hard but worth all the pain, tears, laughter, up and downs, sunny days, rainy days, break ups, and make ups if in the end you hear two simple words,

"well done"
